What is the difference between Hot-swap and Soldered PCBs?

Hot-swap PCBs allow you to change switches without soldering, while Soldered PCBs require a soldering iron to install or replace switches but generally offer more layout flexibility.

Are your keycaps compatible with my keyboard?

Most of our keycaps use the MX-style stem, which is compatible with Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, and other similar switches. Please check the layout compatibility (e.g., ANSI or ISO) before purchasing.

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes, we offer professional assembly services for select DIY kits. You can add the 'Assembly Service' item to your cart along with your chosen components.

Can I cancel or modify my Group Buy order?

Group Buy orders can be canceled during the active group buy period. Once the period ends and production begins, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications.

What firmware do your keyboards use?

Most of our keyboards are compatible with QMK and VIA firmware, allowing for extensive key mapping and macro customization.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and 4PX express services.
